A special Award will also be given for Roma inclusion. You can submit your application in any EU official language.
Applications closed on 15 February 2022 12:00 CET. Thank you to all those who applied. Find out the winners at the Award ceremony on 28 April 2022.
The Award is about more than recognition. Our winners will inspire other towns or cities by sharing best practices and winning policies. That will take us all a step further to a Union of Equality and a more equal society.
Cities and local communities contribute to fostering a sense of belonging and the sharing of common values. Where diversity is elevated as a priority, it is also a source of richness and innovation. With the Inclusion and Diversity Awards, outstanding work implemented by communities and cities will be recognised and highlighted as an inspiration for others.
